Two chalets on the Veluwe, one inbox that answers itself
A chalet host on the Veluwe manages two holiday homes. Guests ask the same things at every hour: check-in times, parking, linen, the coffee machine. This is how PropertyPilot took that work over, without taking over their voice.

The problem: friendly guests, endless repetition
Guests booked through Booking.com and other channels, and every stay produced the same questions. Can we check in early? Where do we park? Are towels included? The host answered everything personally, which meant evenings and weekends were never quite free.
The setup: trained on their own year of answers
PropertyPilot connected to their booking system and studied twelve months of real conversations. From those it distilled their writing style, their house rules and their prices: check-in from 16:00, early arrival sometimes possible for a fee, linen included. Nothing invented, everything traceable to their own replies.
The result: suggestions that sound like the host
Every new guest message now arrives with a ready-made draft in the host style, one tap away from being sent. Sensitive topics such as refunds still go to the host first. Autonomous sending is enabled per topic only once the AI has proven it answers the way the host would.
